Wake up with dance
Klaudia Ahrer (AT)

Workshop

This gentle morning exercise for man and women who love dancing allows us to get moving, to use our bodies, warm up muscles, lubricate joints, to locate blockages, to let go of burdens. After a nice warm up we’ll dance and improvise our way into expression and so into happiness: have a great morning – and a good day!

Wake up with dance promotes well-being. Klaudia Ahrer will wake us up for work and everyday life. No prior knowledge is necessary. Just bring comfortable clothes, socks, a blanket and water bottle!
